Continuous Pickling line

The Pickling process has to be optimized to guarantee the downstream processes of many steel grades especially for high added value products. The pickling line has to provide precise control of the strip tension, accurately guiding for a fast and stable process.

REDEX Group can offer a lot of solutions for entry and exit of pickling lines including the coils management or coils transport between lines, complete strip motion of the line including loopers, bridles, steering units but also key equipment as side trimming sections, and scale breaker called scalemaster.
