Single Stand Mills

In the area of cold rolling, products and materials can be produced on single-stand or multi-stand systems. The main difference is in the production area and the production time.

Single-stand systems require significantly less space and are therefore particularly suitable for companies with little floor space. However, they are also used when small batches have to be produced. This can be for niche products in industry or in product development and research.
REDEX Group offers almost all processes as both single stand lines and multi-stand systems.

In the area of single-stand machines, there is the already famous FRM machine series for rolling strips. These are available in different sizes.
In the field of lithium rolling (for e-mobility), we offer our customers the PLF series, which in turn can be combined with the PLB for bonding.

For round materials and profiles, the WRM series is known worldwide. Here, round bars with different diameters can be reduced or profiled by the operators.

In the area of fine flat wires, we offer the type FFW. This machine series is particularly small because the infeed and outfeed are specially designed and also the stands are arranged vertically and not horizontally.
