Lube system

Specialized lubrication pumps with accessories and special greases for automatic re-lubrication of racks and pinions, open gears, linear guides, ball screws and chain drives. REDEX offers two sizes of pumps with lubrication capacities of 250 cc and 380 cc. The multi-piston, oscillating barrel pump, similar to the principle of hydraulic motors can supply 1 or 2 lubrication circuits up to 80 bar pressure to pump grease up to NLGI 2.

The pump is configured to be controlled by the machine’s PLC. Our greases have been developed specifically for optimal lubrication of gears, linear slides, ball screws and food processing environments. The greases offer the right blend of viscosity, adhesive additives and corrosion resistance for the specific component being lubricated. Open-cell lubricating pinions (OCPs) allow the lubricant to be applied or absorbed to ensure the correct film thickness for optimal lubrication.

The new SwashPump is a compact, cost-effective system that eliminates the uncertainties of component lubrication.
