For REDEX Group products, there is a precise plan of what needs to be done at what times to ensure lifelong reliability of the equipment.

Of course, some of these activities can also be carried out by the customer, but we offer our customers to carry out this maintenance work in a planned and reliable manner.

A maintenance contract between the customer and REDEX Group enables the customer to take care of the essentials of his daily business while our specialist personnel take care of all the necessary issues for you in terms of both scheduling and expertise.

In order to be able to carry out the work as quickly and effectively as possible, we are also happy to offer a pre-inspection at this point.

This makes it possible to detect possible faults before the planned maintenance and to initiate appropriate measures.

However, this inspection can also take place independently of a planned maintenance at the customer’s request.
