PRO ist die Abk\u00fcrzung f\u00fcr PROACTIVE.<\/p>

UMS-i Walze im S-Block (Hochzug), in Kombination mit UMS-LT (Niederzug) am Anlagenauslauf, das patentierte Planheitsmesssystem im Hoch- und Niederspannungsbereich mit einem REDEX Group Controller, der eine sofortige Messung und Korrektur der Bandplanheit direkt nach der Streck-Biege-Richtmaschine erm\u00f6glicht.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Die Unplanheit wird bereits zu 98% durch die UMS-i Walze und durch die \u00fcberlagerte Regelkeis aus der UMS Messung zu 99,5% reduziert. UMS-Niederzug am Ausgang protokolliert die passiert hat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Die Intergrierung der Hoch- und Niederzugsmessung gew\u00e4hrleistet die beste Richtleistung ohne Materialverlust und eine Einsparung von ca. 75 m nicht geregelter Planheit gegen\u00fcber jedem anderen vergleichbaren Planheitsregulierungssystem, da die Bandplanheit den S-Block ohne vollautomatisches Richten im geschlossenen Kreislauf nicht passiert.<\/p>
